This is accomplished through a series of questionnaires, interviews and research meetings. The aim of requirement capture is to make sure that the business logic and functional specifications are captured fully and listed down before the project begins.

Our experience tells us that different customers and projects require different delivery models. Before beginning a project, we look at project needs, business conditions and client characteristics to determine the optimal delivery model. This translates into project team setup that ensures a successful time-bound delivery - that meets client requirements.

Experience with overseas and domestic clients has structured our internal competencies in a manner that ensures high-quality, timely delivery of offshore projects. Rely-On's quality assurance process ensures a project review at every stage of development. Quality testing guidelines are setup early in the project lifecycle to ensure that the software is developed and tested according to a pre-established, agreed-on set of criteria. The quality checking stage involves a testing, debugging and fixing cycle. This is supplemented by periodic peer group and project leader reviews.

Our risk management strategy is put into place early in the project lifecycle. It revolves around

A risk assessment document is created and updated during a projects lifecycle manages risks and ensure delivery specifications.
